BeMiCh, contraction of Mi-chel - Be-rta - Ch-loé, was born from our own experience, driven by the desire to meet the needs and expectations of those looking to invest or settle in the Algarve. Back in 2017, when we acquired our secondary residence in this beautiful region, we discovered the challenges of dealing with administrative procedures, finding reliable service providers, and managing renovation projects with local craftsmen.

In 2023, convinced by the Algarve’s exceptional quality of life, we decided to make it our permanent home and founded BeMiCh Lda. Our company is built on years of diverse experiences—some great, others more challenging—that we now wish to share with our clients.
